Mobile Mower Clinic LLC comes directly to your home or business. All services are performed on-site using our fully equipped mobile repair trailer.

Do I have to pay before service?
No. Payment is collected after the service is completed, unless other arrangements are approved prior to scheduling of service.
What payment methods do Mobile Mower Clinic accept?
We make payments simple and flexible. We accept major credit and debit cards, contactless tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as cash and checks. Powered by Square, every transaction is secure. You’ll have a smooth experience every time.

What areas do you service?
Mobile Mower Clinic LLC services customers based on one-way distance from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania (home base).
Our service area is divided into the following travel zones:
0–15 Miles from Gettysburg
No additional travel fee.
16–25 Miles from Gettysburg
Additional $25 travel fee applies.
25–35 Miles from Gettysburg
Additional $50 travel fee applies.
Over 35 Miles
Subject to availability and premium travel
fee.
Travel distance is calculated using one-way mileage from Gettysburg, PA.
We do not service Maryland.

Is there a service call fee?
There is NO service call fee when booking one of our full maintenance service packages.
A service call fee applies only when scheduling a repair or diagnostic visit.
Repair Service Call
$130 includes the first 30 minutes of labor
$45 per additional 30 minutes ($90/hour)
Parts are additional
Sales tax applies
If your equipment is not running properly or requires troubleshooting, a repair service call is the correct starting point.
What is the difference between a service package and a repair call?
Service Package:
A full scheduled maintenance service that includes oil service, filter replacement, blade service, inspection, and operational checks. No service call fee applies.
Repair Call:
Used when equipment has mechanical failure, starting issues, electrical problems, or unknown issues requiring diagnosis. Service call fee applies.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Pennsylvania sales tax (6%) applies to services and parts and is added to your total invoice.
All package pricing is listed as “+ sales tax.”
What equipment do you service?
We service most residential small-engine equipment including, but not limited to:
Push mowers
Riding mowers
Residential zero-turn mowers
Single-stage snowblowers
Two-stage snowblowers
Woodsplitters
Pressure Washers
Commercial equipment may require a custom quote.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. If the equipment is accessible, you do not need to be home.
However, payment must be arranged and approved prior to service being completed.
Any additional repairs beyond the approved scope of work will require authorization before completion.
How long does an appointment take?
Most maintenance services take approximately 1–1.5 hours depending on equipment condition.
Repair times vary depending on diagnosis and parts availability.

Mobile Mower Clinic LLC stands behind the quality of our work. All labor performed is backed by a 30-day workmanship guarantee from the date of service.
What This Guarantee Covers
Installation of parts we install
Adjustments we perform
Maintenance procedures completed during your service visit
Repairs directly related to the original approved scope of work
If an issue arises that is directly related to our workmanship within 30 days, we will return and correct it.
What This Guarantee Does Not Cover
Manufacturer defects in new or existing parts
Failures unrelated to the original repair or service
Normal wear and tear
Fuel-related issues (old fuel, contaminated fuel, improper fuel mix)
Equipment misuse, neglect, or damage after service
Equipment that was already in failing condition outside the serviced components
If a new or unrelated issue occurs, it will be treated as a new repair call.
Additional Terms
Warranty applies to labor only.
Parts are subject to manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of the original service date.
Equipment must remain in the same location unless otherwise approved.
